Well Christmas 2025 has now come and gone but not for Theresa Stubbs. She bought the 12 days of Christmas package from the silent auction at our annual Christmas Party. This package came in a large box with 12 bags in it. One to be opened each day. Theresa has now been opening a bag each morning starting on Christmas Day. What a wonderful gift for Theresa and her little Santa (Clora Gilbert) showed her wonderful creativity and Christmas spirit

Day 3: Three French Hens
” These are French prosperity hens. Prosperity hens are hung in houses in Asia indicating the resident wishes to obtain a hen as they are considered a symbol of wealth. May you prosper.”
Day 4: Four Calling Birds
Day 5: Five Golden Rings
“Okay there are more than 5 golden rings, but who doesn’t want more gold rings.”
Day 6: Six Geese a-Laying
“The geese have flown South, but left you a little “goose” item to enjoy.”
Day 7: Seven Swans a-Swimming
“Like the geese the swans have headed South, but left their life rings.”
Day 8: Eight Maids a-Milking
“The maids have left for the day, but provided you with the results of their labour.”
Day 9: Nine Ladies Dancing
“The Ladies Dancing left at the Crack of midnight, but like Cinderella one left her shoe behind.”
Day 11: Eleven Pipers Piping
“The Pipers had a previous engagement, but alas, some bagpipes were left behind, along with some hot chocolate mix which you may enjoy ‘piping’ hot.”
